The hook on my prosthetic broke. I took it to Hanger Clinic July 12th 2019. October 26th I went to pick up my arm and guess what it doesn't work. Maybe there's something wrong with the battery. The point is replacing the hook would take 5 minutes. The repair and replacement of my prosthetics was to be paid for by workmen's compensation the rest of my life. I call Theresa a couple of times but she never calls back

Caring Assistance is the first thing that comes to mind for the Triad Group. I have had them for well over 10 years and have only had 3 people specifically assigned to me. That is huge because they know me and my needs and I dont have to start all over with someone new. Patti is my contact and she is always prompt to call me back and help straighten out any problems I may have. Thank you Patti.

Month after Month I go 3-5 days without my medication because this woman who is my case handler refuses to correct this problem because i contacted her supervisor i believe the womans name is Margret I'm not sure tho i was told i wasnt a priority and she get to it when she can total rude a$$h@! So now this is the 5th month in a row that has happened

Well being that i called and left a massage for my case worker to call me and its been over a week and still no call back ill let u read this and make ur own opinion
