I had the pleasure of working with Jon recently in purchasing a new homeowners policy. I had reached out to my current provider, and Jon on the same day, minutes apart. Jon and I were able to have a good conversation right away regarding my wants and needs and we set aside time later that day to go over options he would come up with. I did not hear back from my existing agent until almost 3 days later. Jon's experience and knowledge of the different options, pros and cons of each, and way that he presented these options to me was why I ultimately did purchase that homeowners policy, as well as switch all my other policies to DeGenero. Jon Brochu is a class act. He expertly walked me through what my current insurance covered and how my rates compared with other options. He did not push me to use his services, but left me wanting to anyway because of the care he took in explaining, not selling, the value of his service. I need to add on to my previous review. I suffered through a car accident and a flooding issue with my house over the last year. I am so happy I decided to work with Jon. He accepted two early morning phone calls and handled all of the claims paperwork to get our household back up running. Personal relationships and trust matter!
