Glenda went far above and beyond to assist with the issue I was having with outside vendors. She is certainly an asset to State Farm and its policy holders! Her ability to listen, act and follow through far exceeded my expectations! We have been with John from about the time he started on the end of Oakwood Ave in Troy, NY. From our first encounter John has more like a friend then just an Insurance Agent. Through all the years he and his staff have always found solutions to help us in any insurance matter.
