Hands down the biggest joke of an insurance office to ever exist. Do not use Trey Young State Farm for auto or home owners insurance. I pay insurance every month on time with cash. At least 5 different times my cash payment was not applied to my account, eventhough I was given a receipt when I payed. so after my fifth time of going through that, I simply stopped paying in cash. I started paying by debit to have an electronic record in addition to my physical receipt. Next thing I know, I receive a letter from the Department of Revenue saying that my insurance has lapsed and that now I owe a fine (three separate fines for each vehicle that I own) When I called Trey Young he told me that it was because I didn't pay for 2 months straight.
