We are current AllState customers with bundled house and auto but were looking to add a new vehicle. The representative I talked with at this local office, Delaney, was super helpful. She prepared multiple quotes and explained the details really plainly. She was kind and had a great customer service tone and was one of the best representatives I’ve worked with. She was also able to answer other questions about my policy quickly. We’ve had a few other insurance policies before but AllState has been the best - price, ease of use and customer service and this office reflects that as well.
