I’m a new State Farm customer who contacted Brian several months ago and received a much lower rate than I had been paying. Signed up both homes, 3 vehicles, a Motorhome and a boat on the spot. Rocking along in life and took the family to the beach for a few days. Jumped in the truck to head to dinner and ——nothing. Went immediately to my State Farm App for roadside assistance and someone arrived in about 30 mins and got me back on the road. Couldn’t be more happy I chose Brian Andrews and the State Farm Team to protect my family.

Really wanted to give a great review as the staff was so very nice in person. We provided all documents and records for insurance and accepted a great rate, a month later we get a call saying their underwriter missed something and they would be canceling our policy with less than 9 business days for us to scramble to find insurance elsewhere. The stars are for the kind staff in office, but otherwise I'm really disappointed in the wasted time that we spent just to be dropped. Would never consider State Farm again after this unfortunate experience.
