She took the time to work with me as we switched from State Farm after 36 years because of their rising rates on my policies even though no claims were filed and I have a perfect driving record.. You are not in good hands with Allstate and Definitely not Trevor Thompson! Our Roof on our home was severely damaged in March of 2025. It is now May and we are still getting the run around. Allstate claims there are no adjusters in our area. We have done everything Allstate has asked, once we complete one task we are asked to do another one. Trevor's job is to fight for his clients HE DOESN'T DO THAT.

Mr. Thompson is very knowledgeable when it comes to Allstate Insurance. Moreover, he comes very well the product. He is a gentleman & always communicates clearly with existing clients and potential clients as well. I highly recommend Trevor Thompson’s agency!

Not helpful at all for my wife to get our car fixed. They keep making excuses to charge us or deductible when the accident wasn't our fault. Horrible service, as in they want you to do all the leg work an adjuster supposed to do instead of them doing there jobs. If you want to pay more money for less service than you get with online insurance that's up to you. As for me, we won't be doing business with these people anymore or Allstate as a corporation again.

Like to take this time to express the satisfaction with allstate ,this begin with my parents that had insurance with only allstate, with a life time satisfaction with their coverage . this started me also ,even with agent changes the quality of allstate has remained firm .as my dad would say the agents knows their job , even today with the fine tuning for the customer package the agent is up too date , reliable and courteous, with their customer .My experience with the athens office and mr. thompson keeps my confidence to correct ,fast ,and fair judgement from the athens office.
