Front of house staff were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Came in just to get a quote to make sure my insurance was being honest with me. Well they most definitely were not honest. The quote your agent came back with for my auto policy was so good I went ahead and had him quote my homeowners policy. Before we were done I had saved over 500 on both policies. Switched homeowners immediately and got an extra discount for renewing my auto policy more than 30 days in advance.
