Direct Auto Insurance

Direct auto insurance is an absolute joke. We have been with them for a year and a half with them charging us almost 500$ a month for one full coverage vehicle, and the other vehicle being liability. Every time that I have either went in person and spoke to the agents or over the phone, they tell me that I had 13 points on my licenses with the DMV saying I have no points at all, which is correct because I have a perfect driving record. Mind you these points that they had on my record all 13 of them were improper equipment or speedometer does not work points like that and I’ve never been pulled over or anything. I also lived in North Carolina before moving to Tennessee and you have to have an inspection done on your car before even getting a tag so these were just lies. With that being said

Joyce Burnette is absolutely amazing from my first call speaking with her to my little issue I had today she has had the answers and being able to take care of all my needs and a very quick professional manner.
