Worst company I have ever dealt with by far. As a Google guide they are #1 worst I have encountered as a business owner myself. Run, leave Farm Bureau before your scammed. I was lied to, delayed, investigated as if I am some con artist with claims theres zero sign of any impact (see pictures after the large splash shield was ripped off it via raccoon). Even the repair technicians are willing to witness in court the blatant impact damage. Breaching the contract we signed. My Progressive insurance jumped from $422. per month for 3 vehicles to 1181. per month, completely unannounced, and multiple attempts to discover the reason were futile. I switched to AAA and got it back to around $400. Trent is OK, but I lost $3,036 before I caught it with my Progressive policy, and nobody can tell me why
