After my son had a pheasant hit the front of his truck all I needed to do was email the office and they told us where to take our vehicle and the rest was taken care of. We didn’t need to check back, actually they checked back with us to make sure all was taken care of and we were happy with the service. I love the personal ability to speak to someone and they get back to you right away. Priceless.
