I just need to let everyone know that the staff at state farm insurance office in Mason City Iowa are the friendliest people I have had the pleasure of talking to. They made getting auto insurance and renters insurance so easy and may I say affordable. I highly recommend them.

Attention to detail and customer service is top notch with Kristy and her team! Kristy sorted out policy mistakes my previous agency's office could never seem to get resolved. I highly recommend Kristy and her team for any insurance needs you may have. My only complaint is that I wish I had made the move to her agency sooner.
