I recently had a claim, I was expecting it to be very involved and complicated, however, Ms. Perez made it seamless. She was very responsive and the claim was handled effortlessly. She walked me through the process, every step of the way, and I’m not computer savvy AT ALL but she took the time for me to understand how to submit the claim.
