A certain Michelle is the worst, terrible. My experience was horrendous. Unfortunately, the customer service is the worst. It's disrespectful to the customers. If she's the owner, it's a shame that she's like that. But if she's just an employee, she needs to know that we, the customers, pay her salary. And she needs to learn more manners and respect!

I have been with Erie forever, We have Auto, home and work Insurance and would not go to any other company. Erie employees are wonderful and always helpful. I recommend them 100% .

Boizelle has always been helpful anytime I have had questions about anything. The last month Val went extra mile to personally make sure my rental coverage went to the correct places and fix it where I do not have to keep requesting the info each year.

Good as long as you pay on time and track everything yourself. I've been with Bozielle and Erie insurance for a few years now for home and auto. I've never been able to see my Erie auto insurance on their app. It just didn't work, but I thought I was covered so everything would be fine. I had my insurance lapse (unbeknownst to me) from Erie Insurance around the holidays due to a payment error. I received no emails and no calls about this. Supposedly, I got a notice in the mail that I didn't see. The first time I found out I didn't have insurance anymore was a notice from the Maryland DOT. I renewed with Bozielle and a new company, AIC, and despite them supposedly being insurance experts, they neglected to file some bureaucratic nonsense form, an FR19, to show the Maryland DOT that I h
