The Insurance Store

We have been customers of The Insurance Store since 1993. Lynn and Kathy (who is now retired) have always been amazingly responsive and helpful! Every time we have a question, concern or need information, they have been available. Any time we have had a claim, they have made the process as easy as possible. Even more, they have gone above and beyond more than once for us. Our adult daughter now uses them for her insurance as well. We can't recommend Lynn highly enough.

Lynn was very helpful and showed willingness to assist with the process without any consideration to getting an account or not. No sense of salesmanship, but actual listening to what the client wants, or any questions they may have. We found ourselves signing on, but continued to update with plan policies, or if any questions we may have. She really the point that she is always available for questions with quick responses by phone or email.

Lynn and her staff at the Insurance Store have always been kind, helpful and informative with all my needs that I have had over a 25+ year relationship with them. The pricing has always been much less expensive than their competitors with better service. Before them, I used to be with State Farm and I can honestly say the service and cost is much better. I have shopped insurance companies over the years to just keep abreast of costs in case I thought I was paying to much and so far no one has beaten the cost that I pay. You couldn't go wrong in switching your insurance carrier to Lynn Fishman at the Insurance Store.
