Unexpected heavy snow/ice storm flooded half of my basement with about 1/2" water, I turned off the main water valve right away to stop water. Traveler's agent Elizabeth Holden was excellent. 1) While I stressed out, Liz was very empathic and understanding. She was great and super efficient! While she was very busy in handling other people ice storm related problems, she was able to squeezed me in, came and inspected the damage the next day. 2) Her has superb knowledge to handle my claim, and explained my coverage well, and gave me a very good coverage. 3) She was multitasking, observed/answered things, she was very helpful and pleasant the whole time. This company decided to do a random inspection and I was ok..... I put new deck on and new beautiful fence. I'm like my house looks amazing go ahead! They come by when I wasn't home did inspection and my guess, house looked amazing so they just had to put something down. We'll side of home has little bit of green algae on siding because of neighbors green privacy trees. They send email saying I need to clean it or drop me. They actually called it mold instead of what it really was. It doesn't cause any damage to home or any dangers to anyone but must be cleaned! Stay away from this stupid company. Just look at there current rating anyway.

Absolutely DO NOT use Travelers for auto or home insurance. This company is a joke. I hit a deer and their entire claims process was a battle at every step. They fought me on everything, tried to slap cheap aftermarket parts on a brand-new vehicle with only a 1-year warranty, and refused to pay fair labor rates. They expect you to settle for the lowest-quality repair possible — as if your safety and investment don’t matter. Every time something needed to be reviewed, it took 2–3 business days for them to “approve” anything, dragging the process out for no reason. We filed a claim about our garage ceiling collapsing do to some type of moisture.This company, I will not cover one single thing, we have to pay out if pocket to cover the damages. They are about taking your money and not giving out anything. This was our first claim we been with them for 4 years. We will be canceling our policy

Attention everyone!!! They're making an idiot of me. They are changing the concept of traffic, they have their own rules. With this "insurance company", if you can call it that, you only need to seek apologies and money through the small claims court, otherwise they don't understand. A motorist who has Travelers insurance drove into the back of my car. I have video evidence. These "traffic experts" said it was my fault because I stopped, and a car drove into my ass, and they don't owe me anything!!! Maybe it's my fault that I left the house or bought a car? These crafty companies are just making money from the air. She gets paid for insurance, but she tries to avoid responsibility by any means. I will continue to look for a way to restore justice.
