Dr.Gold is the best Doctor ive had In my entire life. He is caring, he keeps his word on follow ups, im never left waiting hours for him. He is a absolute gem to Jai. His bedside manners are A+++. But the coustomer service guy name Cory that answers calls is absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, AWFUL!!!He is rude!! He gets a attitude & smart with me when i call to leave a message or book a appointment . He should NOT be in coustomer service especially for medical no way!!! It pains me to my core whenever i call & he is the representative. That really needs to be addressed every other person you get is a pleasure CORY NOT AT ALL! I believe he need more training & compassion.

I have been a member/patient of Jai Medical Center for over 20 years. My Dr has been a blessing in caring for my needs and getting me whatever I need [tests, mammograms, treatments, wrists braces, etc] as well as most of the staff. S/O to Rene' (Hunt Valley) and Ebony (Monument Street). Today I wand to give a special thanks to Ms Ashley W. customer service rep. This young lady just gave me EXCELLENT services. I mean WHITE GLOVE customer service that is not often shown/given. Ms Ashley was patient with me, she was professional, efficient, proficient, helpful, kind , compassionate, totally amazing and much appreciated. Today in over 20+ years as a member of Jai medical I was overwhelmed with the representative Ashley W. Ms Ashley helped me with everything I needed without me asking she is the very first person that ask me specific questions and listened to my answers providing results to my issues.
