A lady called LaTonya that works for this company (RCM&D) blatantly ignored facts and evidence provided to her in an attempt to save her client and this company a few bucks. This company and its employees take delight in oppressing people all in the name of profitability. Doing what is right and just is not this company's priority. I would have taken legal action against this company and their client but I have decided it is not worth the trouble. I value my peace of my mind. It took them months to review a case, only to come up with information that is not factual. May these people never find themselves in the situation I happened to find myself. RCM&D is not a reputable organization. Its clients are not upstanding organizations. Its employee that I dealt with is oppressive and incom
