Cancelled my insurance due to 2 claims being submitted. Came back and said one of claims was denied because I had my cameras off therefore i had a $10,000 dollar deductible supposedly so since the repair was less than my deductible my claim was denied. First my cameras weren't off I had 4 cameras installed on each unit and they requested to view them but by the time they requested the time frame the cameras recorded over the date. I had to end up paying that claim out of pocket. Mdx the adjuster were helpless as well and denied everything. Im also arguing with them about another claim that I add to pay over 48 thousand in enviromental and tow out of pocket in order to retrieve my trailer from the tow yard and they are refusing to pay to reimburse me that as well and when claim was open I w

Horrible communication. Their Insured was at fault in a collision a month ago, and the only contact I've had from them was when I called. Haven't gotten them to answer the phone or my emails since. Supposed to use my car for my honeymoon trip in 2 weeks, and they've ruined my chances at that. Weddings are expensive enough, now I'm trying to also afford a rental, which I doubt will be reimbursed considering they wont respond to me.

Me mandan un calendario de pagos y cuando hago el pago antes de la fecha q me mandaron resulta q tengo q pagar mas x pagar tarde y le pregunté eso a la persona q me atendió x telefono y no me supo responder y de paso muy grosera como no me supo responder se le hizo mas fácil colgarme .Entonces ahora no se q fecha pagar y entonces me van a cobrar mas cada mes por q no respetan las fechas q me mandaron para hacer los pagos

Esto no es una compañía de seguros, ellos son una GRAN ESTAFA ellos son los que supuestamente nos respaldan en nuestro pequeño negocio de vehículos comerciales tuvimos un accidente el 10 de octubre donde el camión de nosotros con el trailer cargado se volcó en el estado de Minnesota y nos han dado la espalda, no recomendaría hacer negocios con ellos solo quieren tu dinero , llevo más de 10 años con mi negocio y nunca había experimentado tanto maltrato de parte de una aseguradora, tengo nombres y apellidos de las personas y pruebas de lo que digo, en estos momentos estoy enfrentando demandas del servicio de grúas y ellos como mi agencia aseguradora no quieren hacer nada , en el accidente NO hubo ningún otro vehículo involucrados ni danos adicionales , hago esto publico para que otras person
