I am a small business owner and have been using Everest for the past 10 years for my business insurance. When our renewal came up we decided to switch firms when we got a much lower quote from another company. Within weeks we were notified that our works comp was going to be audited. That was a standard but the auditor was very demanding argumentative and very hard to work with. When the audit was finished they found ways to charge us additional 20K. I challenged the audit when I saw some minor mistakes on the audit. Well they came back and said they redid the entire audit and know we owe 25K. Is this the type of company you really want to work with? I will never EVER consider using them again! BEWARE!!
