Well-trained reps who are able to provide insights and advice on how to best construct home and auto policies for the most effective coverage. They have been able to maximize the discounts available on my policies to lower premiums. Almost always able to reach a live agent on initial call. Received sound guidance when I had to submit a claim for an automobile accident. One of my sons had a similar experience with a ater problem in his home. Very good customer service overall.
