Transamerica

I hate Transamerica - their phone representatives have their own agenda and it's not to your benefit. I am currently arranging for retirement distributions and it could not be more difficult or time consuming. In contrast, I also have a plan with Principal and they were most helpful, the process here was simple and fast. If you have a choice, stay away from Transamerica.

rapid city agent is very elderly and works only part time... he is not computer literate and can't send emails, he uses an answering machine instead and forgets to return your calls. he also sends thing by mail but puts down the wrong address. I think he is developing cognitive problems (alzheimers).. i don't think that he should continue to work and retire. he should turn his accounts over to someone else

Worst insurance company ever for life insurance,they refuse to give the money to my family after my grandmother has passed. It has been over 6 months.
