They just want your money no customer service . I had multiple policies that auto pay with them and they forget to click the button on my camper to get payed . I was never notified or called. Didn’t find out till I had a problem. I have been with them for 20 years.

Be careful out there, and protect your money from entities that want to take it from you.

Bob has been very helpful. He helped me resolve a problem with another agency, and he double-checked my coverage on one of my policies. The best part is that very specific scenarios were addressed, and I got an answer - in writing - as to whether they'd be covered by American Family.
