Tried to add $300 /month wouldn't cancel without a bunch of BS gave my account to someone working out of Mitchell, if I wanted a broker in another city I would have went there. Forced to go online and get better deal. Never an agent to answer the phone and rarely a call back,just incoherent voice mails . Waited 2 weeks and found an email from someone I never heard of. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, unprofessional,poorly staffed.
If you are looking for an insurance agency to meet all of your trucking needs weather you have one truck or multiple these guys are the real deal. Lightning speed response, they always know if it’s a priority and will try to always assist real time. We are so lucky to have found them. Tacha, Jamie and Morgan have been absolutely amazing to work with. I promise you- You have found the right place. Look no further.
