Helpful while insured through Farmers, but the rates suck. Homeowners and auto increased over $100 a month because of "inflation". My wife & I have never been in an accident. Switched to State Farm and saved over $150 for better coverage. Insurance is a scam, and so are unreasonable rate increases. If you want to see your rates shoot up for BS reasons choose Farmers!
Purchased Homeowners and Auto policies. Moving to Rapid City. Jodi was very helpful through the entire process. Farmers was the best fit for our needs. We recommend Jodi for your insurance needs.
Jodi has helped me immensely, between getting me exactly what I needed for my renters insurance, to making sure we got the right plan for our home owners insurance, and playing around with it so we could secure our house. I will alway reccomend her.
A great agent and her assistant is very helpful and friendly, they both go out of there way to help you.
