TR Randolph - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been a client of Tom Randolf for thirty years. My home and all the cars we've owned are, and have been, insured through TR Randolf State Farm. I can say I've stayed with him because the coverage is good and is priced reasonably, but it's more than that. I appreciate the "good neighboor" attentiveness I receive whenever I have a question. And, policy adjustments are always handled timely and accurately. The same accolades go to his staff. They are great, and I never feel left hanging, nor wanting for better service. I highly recommend.

Maybe his staff has changed but I received horrible service from this company. All they cared about was receiving a payment. Couldn't get an actual agent on the phone only spoke to Rebecca who isn't licensed couldn't answer questions had to wait days for a return call which only led to.more questions and a longer wait. DO NOT USE THEM and they were unprofessional
