By far the WORSE. A man by the name of Charles Purcell should not be dealing with customers. I called to put a claim and he was unhelpful, rude and the worse is not that, the worse is that he yelled at me on the phone, as if I was a child being scolded at, because I called after days of his lack of actions in the matter. His incompetence is by far the saddest and most pitiful I have ever encountered. Changing agents as soon this matter is finalized. I wish I could I could give 0 stars to this place which I was told he is the owndo of. Stay away from this place.

This company is the worst, the worst customer service. They will not return your calls. Steve Henry and his supervisor Valerie Andrew are unprofessional and extremely rude. Don't waist your money because they are not going to help you.

The man here was super nice and helpful. He gave me advice and was very patient and kind to me.

The rudest customer service rep in existence after waiting on line for 30 min ,she just hangs up because i was taking too long to get pilicy number......UNBELIEVABLE
