Dapinder and her Team are a class above the rest. They’re professional, attentive and responsive. They offer great value for their services, especially when considering bundled insurance packages. Over the years, we’ve given them most of our insurance business and have not regretted that decision.

I made a payment on my auto policy a couple of days late and Dapinder Kaur cancelled it. I had to open a new policy and I did receive good coverage and a better premium. Two months later after opening a new policy my premium tripled. Dapinder Kaur did not explain to me that this was going to happen. She said that the reason why the premium didn't increase until two months later was because of a computer error. Dapinder Kaur is a poor agent and does not inform customers of the most important details. If you care anything about your money don't deal with Dapinder Kaur. She will rip you off, direct the blame somewhere else and will not be accountable.
