My toilet has been stopped up 3 weeks. A gentleman came out on 3 March 25 with the shortest snake, and I told him we need a LONG one to go under the house. Call choice today, 5 March 2025, and they say that someone would be out here today. It's 5 o'clock, and no one has shown up get. I WILL cancel my insurance with them.

This is the best insurance company in Wilson NC..I have had them for over 10 years and wouldn't ever think about going anywhere else..if I could I would give 10 stars...And the people there have the best customer service ever..
