Pick is one of the best agents I've ever worked with! When I was requesting quotes for my renewal, Pick sent me a very straightforward email letting me know he would like to provide me with a quote. All of the other companies bombarded me with phone calls from call centers and I did not answer any of those calls. What surprised me the most was how quickly Pick provided a quote and I literally almost fell out of my chair when I saw how much money he was going to save me. I know that everyone's circumstances and needs are unique, but for someone who is retired and facing a huge increase in premiums from the previous carrier, I can't express enough how much the savings meant to me financially. Scott is a great agent. He called me and discussed my policy with me. He was able to bring things to my memory that I had forgotten about. I was able to readjust my policy to fit my needs. Scott also introduced a life insurance policy that I believe can be beneficial for me, moving forward. We had a great conversation, and I look forward to using State Farm as my insurance agency.

Recently requested a transfer to another agency based off condescending remarks stated by pick. Decided to take my business elsewhere when he conveyed that he has many customers and didn't have the time to explain the policy changes. Also he stated verbally that he would be so kind to assist with picking up a small fee on my bill, which was never completed. I must say that Office manager Brandi is more of the reason that I stayed with the agent for so long due to her stellar customer service.

Pick and his office manager Brandy are amazing! Any time we need to call about billing or any other question or concern we may have, this team is always very kind, knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. Not only are they reliable for helpful information, but they are also quite fun to work with. Great personalities!
