Rachel Andy Tony This trifecta is unstoppable! The three best and easiest allstate representatives to work with! These three are hands down the best. They are always kind, always ready to help, and patient when answering questions! I am so thankful we switched to this insurance agent! After a phone call with Andy, he found us better rates! Also, Andy has worked a few home insurance quotes for us when looking at new homes. And he always is able to provide a discerning insight! Rachel is always so kind and friendly! She always remembers who I am when I call! How cool! Tony is actually easy to get ahold of when scheduled! Which is awesome! He does his due diligence to talk and see what insurance needs to questions I have are answered!

Allstate may have decent prices, but they will not fight for you after an accident. They will mis-lead and mis-inform you to make it as quick and as cheap on them as possible. 3 stars cause I’ve only ever had a minimal problem with the office, but as a whole company, don’t do it. As with your typical money hungry insurance company they don’t care about their customers after they’ve cashed the check.

Saved SO MUCH compared to Progressive, I moved Auto and Home insurance and saved $500 per year!! Very Professional service and very quick response to my messages, they also have 24hr service on upgrading my policy. I am very pleased and thankful for the $avings!!!

It’s an insurance agency. Of course today there really isn’t any customer service. Allstate is not a great company to work with. In this agent’s office the people are friendly but usually cannot give customer service or support. Everything is a phone call and video calls. The video calls when they are done with you especially for a claim. They disconnect and tell you that they don’t know what happened and say stuff like we have enough information. When in fact they never finished getting all of the information. Then they leave you cold and unsure of what is happening.

I worked with Amanda she was great she was very professional and she helped me with bundling my renter's insurance life insurance and auto insurance on three vehicles. And gave me the lowest quote for my teenage daughter which was awesome. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
