Not sure who Tim is, but worked with Payton. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand terms I was unfamiliar with. He got me setup with home owners and auto insurance quickly and efficiently. The online quote was not what Payton was able to get me, he got me a much better rate than online. I dropped All State to switch to State Farm. No regrets :)

Tim and his professional team has been my families agent for several years. The team at this state farm are always ready to help with any policy changes or questions. Very polite and prompt! Payton was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He took the initiative to reach out to me and see if I was interested in State Farm after I was window shopping for a new car insurance policy; without coming across as pushy. He worked with my schedule to meet with me and made sure to explain things in greater detail to me than the website did so I knew what I was adding/removing and what features to prioritize. His recommendations on my policy were things that would help me while staying within my budget, not just trying to upsell me to the most expensive package.
