This is the best home insurance company I've delt with. We had an issue with with our main and it had to be replaced. I called up Ed Washington, the best agent, and after he reviewed our policy, stated that we were covered. He could have said we weren't because I probably wouldn't have checked my policy but he didn't. Also, Mathew Hall (Property Claims Adjuster), was very kind and very helpful. He guided me on every step and told me what to provide. The proof was given and the check was deposited within the same day. Absolutely an amazing company.

While doing the paperwork for a refinance on my home, the agent suggested I compare my homeowners insurance to Southern Ohio to see if I could save money. I had my doubts since I was with the big, competitive company that caters to the military. But I soon learned I was overpaying. Switched immediately and saved a lot more money! Thanks Southern Ohio.

Ed is always quick to respond and very helpful. He has directed me when my son graduated college and needed insurance in another state. Ed is very knowledgeable and is always happy to help and answer my questions. This is the best experience I have ever had with an insurance agent.
