Never returns calls. Never answers the phone. Very poor customer service. After being with Allstate for over 20 years, I finally took my business elsewhere.
Don't return my calls, never able to talk to a person. The recording just says leave a message that they never return. An they are trying to charge me for six months of insurance and I've only had the car for three months.
She is my Favorite agent! She is good at her job, very professional!
Toni Bonner is a great insurance agent. She has been my Mom & Dad' s agent for ages. At least get a quote from her.
Great place I was having problem getting my insurance card online and even though the office was closed the lady came out to the car and help me
