Since they switched from Klamath Insurance to being Highstreet, it’s gone downhill consistently and significantly. It takes weeks of repeated phone calls at all hours of the day to get a live person on the phone, then they aren’t in the department, so you get sent to voicemail for someone in the right department. A few days later you repeat the process because they don’t return your calls after several voicemails. It takes SEVERAL WEEKS if not MONTHS to get a call back on any existing policy with them. It’s literally quicker and easier to get through the robot phone tree of a large corporation than to deal with this establishment and you’ll get results faster that way by cutting Highstreet out as the middle man. I recommend going with someone else and this is after 6+ years of having them

Ann Gayler with Klamath Insurance Center has been such a pleasure to work with. She has been very quick with replies to every email I’ve sent over and she has made our insurance process so much easier than it has ever been. Ann first searched for the best insurance policy for us, then she bundled our insurance (which saved us a lot) and then on top of that we needed her to change our address, and then she had to get us new insurance on a new home. All I had to do was give her basic information and it was done. I would highly recommend these guys to make your insurance process stress free.
