Very terrible experience. Trying to set up insurance for my shop that I'm renting terrible customer service. Poor attitude, not helpful at all

Great Basin's receptionist answered on second ring and I was immediately asked what my inquiry would involve. Then my phone number and name confirmed and was told I would hear back from Ashley for the assistance I needed! Within 15 minutes, I received a call back from Ashley and she had a plan and would follow through today and reassess in three business days to see if all was completed for my account. What immediate, accurate and professional handling of my insurance concern! It was a nice promise of action, to NOT to be told that I needed to make another phone call and send this paper and do it all myself. What an amazing agency GREAT BASIN truly is both in efficiency and kindness to their clients. I am very impressed and pleased. Thank you Great Basin for doing it all and I know

Just bought a house and had them for my insurance. A week later they dump me because of the roof so now I have no insurance. No phone calls, personal contact at all just emails saying they are dumping me. Avoid at all cost

We've been with Great Basin for almost twenty years, no issues, great service, nice people. I recommend them.
