I cannot say enough amazing things about Tom Leonard’s State Farm Insurance office. From the moment you walk in (or even just call), you are treated like more than just a policy number — you’re treated like family. The entire team goes above and beyond in every possible way to make sure you feel confident, informed, and genuinely cared for. Tom and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. They take the time to explain everything in detail, answer every question (no matter how small), and make sure you fully understand your coverage so there are absolutely no surprises. It’s rare these days to find an insurance office that truly prioritizes people over profits, but this office does exactly that. What really sets them apart is their responsiveness and professionalism.
