Be careful with these guys. I asked to get a quote from The Colonial Group and she said it would have been the same as the quote she gave me from Great Lakes($2300), then I asked to see the colonial group quote to determine for myself. I had to ask for it a few times and then I get an answer that it was too close to the coast for Colonial group to quote. I got a quote from Colonial Group at another agency in town and they did quote my policy and it was not too close to the coast. How does getting a policy quote that would be $1000 more benefit your customers? Also upon initial contact the rep who answered the phone was condescending. Wisdom tells me to not talk down to the person who gives them a job. Like I said be careful with them as I will never use them.

Kevin reviewed all my car coverages and was very helpful, particularly in setting up the app for drive-safe-and-save. He made me feel very comfortable from the beginning.
