Tom Gervais - State Farm Insurance Agent

I would strongly suggest avoiding Tom. He’s more interested in selling products than helping existing customers. My mother was a customer for over 30 years when a tree fell through her roof during a bad storm. State Farm initially only offered a fraction (20%) of the total repair cost and Tom refused to help in any way. In the end, after hiring lawyers and public adjusters, we did manage to get a full payout from State Farm however it took far too much time and money to get them to do the job we paid for over 30 years, insuring the home.

Highly recommend!!! Tom and his assistant Christine are extremely personable and give great customer service. I've been with them for over 20 years and they keep me educated on insurance issues and our personal and business insurance needs on point. Always make me feel like my business matters to them personally. This is refreshing

Absolutely love Tom and Kristine, I have been with them since I got my license. Very helpful people and they are more than willing to go out of there way to help you. When I had my accident I called them and they were so comforting and reassured me everything would be okay. They have always been there for me. I don't ever plan on leaving him!

Have had insurance with them for over 10 years. Excellent customer service from Tom and his assistant Christine ! State Farm is a bit more expensive in general but worth every penny! Have never had a problem making a claim or switching cars. The customer service is exceptional.
