Amanda, my insurance agent always takes the time to explain everything clearly, takes the time to answers all my questions. Her prompt communication, willingness to help every step of the way sets her apart from other agents. She consistently provides great customer service.

After almost losing all hope, Amanda was there to takeover and facilitate the insurance process, and provide an exceptional/competitive rate. She made the process much easier and always stayed in touch with updates. Provided superb customer service and is a great role model for Freeway. This branch in general is also the place to be. Highly recommend.

The agent was well informed with the workflow process used excellent customer serves skills, did not allow me to get off the phone without coversge came up a discount of some sort , i agreed. , even when faced with a corporate obstruction beyond her control. She expressed a certain level of value that made me feel like something more than just a good sale but potentially and long term opportunity for deepening my relationship with freeway. Perhaps I may even consider partner with freeway and help advertise as this employee left that great of an impact. Or simply maybe get home insurance one day

I didn't have to jump through hoops or feel like I was the subject of a background check or an interrogation. I'm seventy-seven years old (...and a half), and often, patience escapes me these days (though I am working on it. This was painless. This was so easy it was almost pleasant. All I had to do was make a phone call, tell her I needed car insurance, make a payment over the phone, email her a copy of my drivers license, give her the VIN, and download the Insurance cards. Bam! Just as simple as that. The whole process took little, if any, more than fifteen or twenty minutes between phone call and cards. WOW!!! AND...she was such a joy to speak with, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. (And she got me the right price, too.)
