The folks at VanScoter Ins. Agency were all excellent and very efficient. I was closing on a house and also needed insurance on the cars as well by a certain date. A few weeks in advance, I tried an agency in Geneva who could not seem to get my name or cars correct and an agency in Canandaigua who could not seem to get anything accomplished.
