My review is regarding Michael. I am very impressed with his patience, knowledge and the understanding that he gave me when reviewing my policies with me. He took his time to go over everything that I asked and he didn't make me feel rushed. He is a true asset to this office and a great example of outstanding customer service.

I was with them for 19 years never had a claim. Rate only went up. Only when I told them I was leaving did they want to offer a better rate but I had to change my deductible and lose some coverages. Then asked if they could call in 6 months to see if they could offer a better rate. I got all the same coverage and deductible and more for less where I went. You would figure if you had someone dedicated for a long period of time who never had an issue you would offer the lowest possible rate possible to keep them but I guess thats the world we're living in make as much as you can while you can. But now Ill get a reply of sorry our rates weren't in your favor and how they have no control over the rates. Funny how you can pay one rate here and a completely different rate somewhere else.

Great agents. Always go the extra mile. The ladies at the front desk are pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend if you want the small business hometown feel from your agents.
