McCool Insurance has been my insurance company for more years than not! Melinda has been my agent for many of them. As soon as I say hello, Melinda knows it is me. She always solves any problem I may have. I just call, tell her the issue or question. Then a little while later, Melinda calls to say all is solved. If Melinda is not in, every person there will gladly help! Everyone is friendly yet highly professional. They know insurance! I highly recommend McCool and Melinda. I know no place else, no other person, will help or take care of me the way McCool does!

I have been working with McCool Insurance for more than 40 years, and in that time the entire staff have been friendly, helpful, easy to contact and quick in their responses to my needs and inquiries. I am moving out of state now and so regretfully ending my relationship with McCool, but send the entire staff my thanks for all of your service over these many decades.
