I had a great experience with Ben Halley from State Farm in Elkton, MD. He called to go over my homeowner’s policy just to make sure I was properly covered and actually understood what I’d need in an emergency. That alone says a lot. He was extremely polite, professional, and easy to talk to. We ended up sharing a few stories, and the conversation never felt rushed or scripted. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the community he serves, and that he’s family-oriented, not just sales-driven. It was refreshing to deal with someone who treats you like a person instead of a policy number. Highly recommend working with Ben if you want an agent who actually has your back.

Justin at State Farm was amazing to work with. I must admit, I knew very little about which coverages I needed and which I didn't, but Justin took the time to explain everything. The best part is he actually seems to enjoy his job, and was excited to take the time to help me understand the small details. Dare I say I actually had fun shopping for insurance? Treicy is very very helpful and saved me a lot of money! She is extremely sweet and made me realize that having to make a call to your insurance does not have to be dreadful. She also was able to give me great advice and different suggestions for my insurance policy that would actually be useful for me instead of just being after the money. As insurance goes, this was definitely one of the smoothest and efficient processes that I have gone through to obtain coverage for half the price for the same coverage of my former insurance company!
