I Recently visited Titan Insurance , I am very impressed. It was open ON TIME , Michael Mullaney introduced himself . Was Very Professional and "Happy" to help me. Sometimes the people you hire, do not represent GOOD SERVICE. Thank You Michael 🙏 first impression Is Everything....💯💪

My husband's auto policy jumped from 188/month to 304/month. I prompted my husband to call to see if there were any options for reducing his payment. Their only response was to reduce coverage. Fed up, I called my insurance agent. They were able to add him to my policy for 800/year. When cancelling his policy the agent was defensive, " we were not offered the opportunity to discuss the options of multiple vehicle/driver household credits with him." If Titan/Sawyer had any level of customer service or commitment to their client their representative would have/should have raised the subject about combining policies. I would not recommend this company.

My mom has been with Sawyers for years and I have joined the crew. My mom and I have always worked with Jessica, she is great and is always willing to help. Thank you Jessica.
