TLDR: limited options, disappointing service We held a master policy through Fowler & Sons. We wanted to support local, small businesses and were excited they were just down the street. The experience was inconvenient to start and disappointing to finish. We inherited insurance from our HOA here and were told that auto-pay wasn’t an option (it’s 2025…). Fast forward, we missed a payment and were dropped. The second start they get is for this fact alone. To some degree, we understand that. However, this is why you look for a great agent, this is why you stay local, right? Wrong. The ensuing discussions with each person at this company were condescending and unhelpful. Steve helped us get a significantly better car insurance deal with mapfre than what I was getting on my own. We had a rather complicated case where we did not have car insurance for many years since we used transit but bought a car again, and as a result, our insurance quotes were sky high. So if you are a carless urbanite like we were, and are about to get a car again, I would recommend Steve if you are getting obscenely high quotes.
