Anybody could just walk into the office say somebody’s name and the people that work there are already giving somebody’s policy information to complete strangers breach a confidentiality can you say?

As a new driver they are expensive but Martha got me the best deal for full coverage and she got the actual price down by a lot so I can't complain, all I have to do is behave for a couple of years and my bill will go down💪💵

Marta and Brenda definitely know what they are doing. It's most convenient for me to go to the Dorchester office but I do take the ride out to JP and deal with the parking situation because they simply are the best at what they do.

I had an awesome interaction with Cheuk from the JP office. I just bought a new SUV and I called the office to start the process of switching my insurance over to the new truck and was lucky enough to get Cheuk. He gave me detailed instructions on what I had to do as well as what he needed from the dealership and kept me updated throughout the day as to where he was in the process. I give Cheuk 5 stars and a great representative of Christopher Kokoras Insurance Agency.

I've been with them for over 20 years. I'm not going anywhere this is an excellent company. I will be putting another SUV on the road.
