Fantastic business to work with. Everybody there does a great job and make sure that you are taken care of, I can’t say enough good things about this business. It’s nice to be able to easily get a hold of somebody local without calling an 800 number. Tisha’s entire team Is extremely knowledgeable and supports local causes & businesses!

Tisha and her team have ALWAYS been so friendly, easy to work with and helpful! From car insurance, to renters insurance.. When renters upgraded to home owners insurance..to life insurance! Every single "insurance milestone" has felt well-understood and easy to navigate because of the knowledge and patience of these ladies! Submitting a claim and getting everything taken care of when I accidentally drove into a ditch on a dark snowy night was a breeze! Specific shout out to Kaylin, who is so awesome about checking in and ensuring that my husband and I have the coverages in place to fit every life update and need! I can't say enough great things about Tisha and her staff! Although we thankfully rarely need to file a claim, when we have, she and her team have gone above and beyond to make the process very smooth and simple. Ashley (at the front desk) goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated as customers. As Ashley always says, the taller the hair, the closer to Jesus :)

We recently made the switch to Tisha's office., she spent 2.5 hrs with me getting everything straightened out. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Our policies were a mess and needed updated and errors fixed she got us all squared away and ready for the new year. I only wish I would have made the change sooner.
