Complete lack of communication internally. Charged a lot more than I should have been due to this. Management wouldn't even speak with me on the matter. The lady I dealt with was very sweet. She deserves better bosses, ones that will actually do thier jobs, instead of pushing it off on her. I would not recommend this company. And will be seeking a new insurance company for my next policy.

We went from rental insurance, to home insurance, and added business insurance and it was the easiest, smoothest transitions I have ever experienced.
