I had the BEST experience with the Merkle team! They saved us a ton of money on both home and auto, their customer service team was patient and explained ALL of our choices and options and made this process so wonderful. We dreaded moving insurance and they made it a pleasure. If I could give ten stars, I would!!! Highly recommend.
Kevin & Brenda have been and continue to be great agents and wonderful community supporters. Van Wert is fortunate to have them as leaders in our town. Merkle Insurance is there when you need them.
State Farm dropped me, without any warning, they proceeded to tell me that it was their policy and no one would insure me but I'm glad they did it because they were giving me the run around since my Traumatic Brain Injury.
